- Take ownership of weekly and monthly reporting processes, including the preparation of month-end results and clear articulation of variances against expectations.
- Support the delivery of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts, working closely with senior finance and business stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide financial oversight and accountability for relevant cost areas, contributing to the development of robust measurement frameworks to assess performance and drive improved outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the financial implications of commercial decisions, and communicate their impact on year-end performance through regular updates and insight-led commentary.
- Evaluate the performance of business initiatives and trials using robust financial and non-financial analysis, delivering clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
- Support post-initiative or post-campaign performance reviews to inform future investment and resource allocation decisions.
- Manage and develop junior team members, ensuring effective prioritisation of their workload, setting aligned objectives, and supporting professional growth and development.
- Contribute positively to the wider finance function, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and actively supporting the delivery of finance transformation initiatives.

- Commercially focused with experience in a finance business partnering role, bringing insight and challenge to support decision-making.
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset - able to prioritise activity that delivers tangible business value.
- A confident communicator who can simplify complex financial information and influence both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Collaborative and relationship-oriented, with a proven ability to work effectively across functions and within matrix environments.
