A fashion-led retail business is looking for an Ecommerce Optimisation Specialist to help shape and improve its online customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced ecommerce environment where insight, experimentation and commercial thinking can have a direct impact on conversion, engagement and online sales.
You’ll lead optimisation and personalisation initiatives across web and app, planning and evaluating A/B tests and using customer behaviour data to identify opportunities. You’ll also improve search, merchandising, product recommendations and personalised content, while working closely with ecommerce, CRM, marketing, design and development teams to turn insight into measurable improvements.
You’ll need a strong background in ecommerce trading, conversion rate optimisation or digital optimisation, with hands‑on experience of A/B testing and personalisation. Strong analytical skills are essential, alongside experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Bloomreach or Dynamic Yield. You should also be comfortable with CMS platforms, ecommerce merchandising, and basic HTML/CSS.
