This leading fashion retailer is looking for an experienced ecommerce business analyst to join the growing ecommerce IT team in London. This is a pivotal role, sitting at the intersection of IT, logistics and digital commerce.
You will play a central role in the ongoing delivery and continuous improvement of their in house ecommerce platform, with a particular focus on carrier integration and order fulfilment infrastructure. You will take ownership of the technical administration and maintenance of our ecommerce platform, spanning back end systems, front end functionality and product data, ensuring the platform performs reliably across all business functions. This includes on site customer experience, order fulfilment, payment processing, carrier integrations and digital marketing operations.
You will also own the design and delivery of a continuous improvement programme for their carrier integrations and fulfilment services, including leading ROI analysis with the wider business. You will have extensive experience in a service delivery and/or technical role, with a strong focus on logistics, warehousing and/or ecommerce carrier operations.
You will have a solid track record working within a retail digital or ecommerce environment and will be confident in translating complex business requirements into clear technical epics and user stories that development teams can act on.
The role is paying up to £75,000. There is a bonus and benefits package that includes healthcare, access to sample sales and life assurance. The role is based in Central London, and there is hybrid working in place. This is an exciting time to be joining the company as they're heading into an expansion phase across Europe.
