A renowned skincare, fragrance and beauty company is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join its Bluewater team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or strong Supervisor ready to take their next step within a premium beauty environment.
About the role
Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial performance.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
- Leading, motivating and developing the team
- Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Coaching the team on product knowledge, demonstration and storytelling
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Maintaining excellent operational and visual standards
- Helping create a positive and engaging team environment
- Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager’s absence
About you
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, customer experience and retail.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or strong Supervisor experience
- Excellent people and communication skills
- A commercial and results-driven mindset
- Strong operational awareness
- A passion for delivering exceptional service
- Confidence coaching and developing others
- A proactive, positive and hands‑on approach
- An interest in skincare, fragrance, beauty and lifestyle
