As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the business. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and help drive sales performance across the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote brand loyalty
- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance
- Oversee visual merchandising and maintain premium store standards
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
- Manage stock control, replenishment, and inventory processes
- Act as Store Manager in their absence
About You
- Previous experience in a retail management role, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance or premium retail
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Commercially aware with a track record of delivering results
- Positive, energetic, and hands-on management style
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
The salary up to £38,000
