Buyer – Women's Branded Fashion - Fixed Term Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced buyer to join a leading international fashion retailer. You'll be responsible for building a commercially successful branded womenswear offer, identifying emerging trends, developing strong brand partnerships, and delivering an exciting product mix across stores and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and develop a market-leading branded assortment.
- Manage product selection, trading, and inventory performance.
- Build relationships with key and emerging brand partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and maximise profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.
- Manage OTB, KPIs, and seasonal trading.
- Present buying strategies to senior stakeholders and support team development.
About You:
- Proven experience at buyer level within branded fashion
- Strong commercial and trend awareness.
- Experience in multi-category buying and product development.
- Confident negotiator with excellent supplier management skills.
- Analytical, organised, and commercially driven.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
