Responsibilities
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all customers. You will maximize sales by making connections, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
Duties include:
- Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets through customer engagement, product demonstrations, brow treatments, and appointments.
- Brow Services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction. Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert.
- Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
- Promotions & Events: Assist with in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
- Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks.
- Hygiene & Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter at all times.
Qualifications
