As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store, leading a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving commercial success. You'll be responsible for creating a culture of excellence, ensuring operational standards are maintained and inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of store operations.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.
  • Drive sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
  • Analyse store performance and implement action plans to maximise results.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed to the highest level.
  • Manage staffing, rotas and payroll budgets effectively.
  • Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards.
  • Create a positive, engaging and inclusive working environment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store reflects the retailer's premium positioning at all times.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager, or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step.
  • Background within premium fashion, luxury, lifestyle or high-service retail.
  • Passionate about customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing successful teams.
  • Commercially minded with experience delivering sales growth and KPI performance.
  • Strong visual merchandising awareness and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, hands-on and able to lead from the front.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, trends and retail excellence.

Salary up to Β£32,000 per annum
