The role:
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and commercial results
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience and lead by example on the shop floor
- Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee daily store operations, visual standards, and stock management
- Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Take ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence
About you:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Sales Consultant within premium or luxury retail
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially aware with a passion for delivering results
- A natural clientelling and customer service expert
- Highly organised, proactive, and hands-on
