You’ll support day-to-day operations, coach the team to exceed KPIs, and help create a high-energy, customer-focused store environment. Flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays is required.
About You:
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Key Holder
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Passionate about customer service and team development
- Organised, with experience in stock, VM, and store operations
