We are delighted to share that we are now recruiting for an Allocator to join the F&F Clothing team here at Tesco.
An Allocator needs to manage the effective and accurate allocation & replenishment of stock, to provide the required stock levels in stores, in order to achieve targeted sales – in line with the Merchandising team’s plans. They analyze the performance of lines to provide accurate information for allocation and business planning.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the throughput of stock from allocation to replenishment using and maintaining all available tools.
- Demonstrate and maintain competence in all technical areas relevant to the role.
- Analyze weekly sales information, including ROS analysis, Bestsellers, Cover Sheets, and decide on actions with the Senior Allocator & Merchandising for priority stores & lines.
- Produce department analysis for the Assistant Merchandisers.
- Allocate stock to new store openings and refits, monitoring package builds.
- Maintain successful communication with Merchandising through meetings and distribution strategies.
- Maintain all data, distribute reports, and ensure accurate, organized, and timely filing.
