Our client, an established retail company, is searching for a HR Business Partner to join its service centre in Southampton supporting around 180 stakeholders. It is a great time to join this company delivering its people strategy and driving its continuing success.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the delivery of people business partnership across the service centre. You will support the company in developing and implementing a robust HR strategy aligned with operational strategic goals, whilst driving a strong team and supporting your stakeholders.
The role will focus on building key relationships across all levels of the business, to guide and influence better people-focused business decisions in all areas of people management.
You will have experience of working as a successful and results-driven HRBP and will have at least three years' experience in a similar role in HR in a service centre, hospitality or retail environment. You will be a strong communicator who can work at pace and build excellent stakeholder relationships across key senior leaders.
