A global luxury retailer, specialising in beauty and luxury accessories is looking for a deputy store manager to run one of its multi-million turnover, flagship stores. Core to its success, the company puts people at the heart of everything it does. Whether it is being obsessed with providing the highest levels of customer service, or ensuring that its employees are well trained, highly motivated and developed internally, this business has one of the best reputations in the industry as an employer of choice.

The role of deputy store manager will see you managing a large team to drive sales through delivering the highest standards of service. This business strives to deliver an elevated level of service that you won’t find on the high street. Alongside driving service, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team. This role is unlike no other and requires an outgoing, highly motivated, and excellent people manager to be successful in the role.

The ideal candidate will come from a retail environment which has a strong focus on delivering the highest customer service experience possible. You’ll be an experienced leader who has a passion for team development. This retailer places a huge emphasis on its people and are true to its company values. The average length of service in the management team is one of the highest in the retail industry.
