The role of night manager will oversee all back of house functions within a store that has a turnover in excess of £80 million per year. You’ll be part of a management team who focus on replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising management, health and safety and store administration. This role would suit a manager who enjoys the operational aspects of running a retail unit.

The ideal candidate will come from a retail background and have had exposure to working in a back of house environment or will enjoy the operational side of retail. You’ll be an experienced people manager who has a natural leadership style that can motivate their team to deliver the world class store standards.

In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £30,500. There is also a performance related bonus of up to 12% of your salary. Typical working hours will be 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm. Flexibility is needed to start as early as 6am and finishing at 6pm when required. You will also be given the autonomy to make decisions within your department that you wouldn’t necessarily get elsewhere.
