About the Role:
- Covering around 100 sites in the South UK region
- First point of contact for line managers on employee relations (ER) matters
- Coaching and guiding managers through all aspects of ER casework
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders is essential
About You:
- Experienced in an ER-focused role, or as an HR Generalist with a strong ER background
- Background in hospitality or retail essential
- Confident managing multiple cases and knowledgeable in UK employment law
- Comfortable working remotely and travelling when needed
