A leading quick service restaurant brand is looking for an HR Advisor to join its UK People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The company prides itself on premium ingredients and signature recipes. It operates over 200 sites across the UK, with plans to grow further in 2025. About the Role:

  • Covering around 100 sites in the South UK region
  • First point of contact for line managers on employee relations (ER) matters
  • Coaching and guiding managers through all aspects of ER casework
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders is essential

About You:

  • Experienced in an ER-focused role, or as an HR Generalist with a strong ER background
  • Background in hospitality or retail essential
  • Confident managing multiple cases and knowledgeable in UK employment law
  • Comfortable working remotely and travelling when needed
