This role offers a rare level of autonomy and strategic input, giving you the platform to make a real impact. You’ll bring strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail or hospitality, with a passion for delivering results through people. While specific product experience is not essential, you’ll need to demonstrate:- Experience leading large teams in a service-focused environment- A track record of commercial decision-making and delivering sales growth- Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and adapting to change

What’s on Offer- Basic salary up to £65,000- Performance bonus up to £13,000- A wide range of employee benefits, including generous product discounts and perks across UK brands
