About the Role: Covering around 100 sites in the South UK region First point of contact for line managers on employee relations (ER) matters Coaching and guiding managers through all aspects of ER casework Building strong relationships with stakeholders is essential About You: Experienced in an ER-focused role, or as an HR Generalist with a strong ER background Background in hospitality or retail essential Confident managing multiple cases and knowledgeable in UK employment law Comfortable working remotely and travelling when needed What’s on Offer Salary up to £45,000 Up to 15% annual bonus £4,000 cash allowance All travel expenses covered Flexible, remote working with occasional meetings in London
