About the Role:

  • Covering around 100 sites in the South UK region
  • First point of contact for line managers on employee relations (ER) matters
  • Coaching and guiding managers through all aspects of ER casework

About You:

  • Experienced in an ER-focused role, or as an HR Generalist with a strong ER background
  • Background in hospitality or retail essential
  • Confident managing multiple cases and knowledgeable in UK employment law
  • Comfortable working remotely and travelling when needed
