As well as BEMS knowledge, we have a wealth of experience within our business on building integration allowing a harmonious and seamless communication of all smart building technologies.
As a BMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of BMS projects, ensuring smooth delivery from design through to commissioning and handover. You will work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards. You will also be great at managing client relationships and be able to initiate additional business.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing full project lifecycle including design, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Leading project teams and ensuring efficient coordination between departments.
- Overseeing commercial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract variations.
- Engaging with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
- Regularly monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions.
- Supporting and training junior team members where necessary.
About You
- Strong BMS industry experience, with a proven track record of delivering large projects.
- Knowledge of building services, M&E systems, and energy management solutions.
- Experience working with Distech, Schneider, Siemens and Trend BMS systems (preferred).
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and web-based document control systems.
- SMSTS certification, CSCS card, and First Aid qualification (desirable).
