We’re looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer who has experience in social media marketing to help bring our content to life. You’ll play a key role in designing engaging visuals, managing our LinkedIn presence, and supporting marketing campaigns across our thought leadership and brand activity.
Location and hours
- 20 hours per week (potential to increase)
- London-based office, located just off Leicester Square
- Hybrid working - 1 day in the London office per week (minimum)
- Flexible hours (e.g. 4 days - 5 hours per day | 5 days - 4 hours a day | 1 full day and 2 to 3 half days).

Key responsibilities
- Generate high-quality social media assets (images, carousels, charts, infographics)
- Manage and schedule posts on the company LinkedIn page
- Support the design of visual materials for reports, brochures, and presentations
- Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all assets
- Collaborate with the marketing and insights team to transform data into engaging content
- Edit and repurpose existing content for new formats
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Keep up to date with LinkedIn trends and algorithm best practices
- Assist in producing short-form videos or animations for campaigns
- Coordinate with external design or media partners when needed
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in graphic design and social media marketing (LinkedIn)
- Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficient in the use of MS PowerPoint
- Familiarity with B2B marketing , ideally within retail, consultancy, or tech
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Interest in retail, economics, or market trends (a plus)
