Our client is a beautiful Fine Fragrances company from France. The Maison aims to offer a luxury client experience in store, showcasing unique fragrances and accessories in its own retail stores in London and some of the most upscale department stores in London and across the country.

Your role will be to:

  • Manage all retail operations in cooperation with our London HQ and the Department store: staff, team planning, inventory and replenishment, sales tools, trainings, analysis and reporting, driving sales and the teams.
  • Ensure a luxury instore experience and draw action plans to maximize sales as a Brand Ambassador, representing the brand in its relationship with the Dept Store on all occasions.

Ideal profile:

  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • A strong affinity with luxury goods, fine fragrances and fashion.
  • Previous experience in a Store manager role for premium or luxury goods in a Dept Store.
  • Leadership and commercial drive, understanding of luxury codes and rules.
  • Humble personality, hands-on with a passion for the shopfloor.
