Our client is a beautiful Fine Fragrances company from France. The Maison aims to offer a luxury client experience in store, showcasing unique fragrances and accessories in its own retail stores in London and some of the most upscale department stores in London and across the country.

To help strengthen the team at the London HQ, we're now recruiting a junior Account Exec to supervise distribution accounts and or retail locations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate accounts needs in terms of product orders, logistics, staffing, marketing schemes and tools
  • Manage distribution-related questions with local partners (distribution centers, carriers, clients etc)
  • Draw marketing plans for both our own retail stores and our distributors, develop tools and implement
  • Ensure central marketing plans are also successfully executed (ie new product launch, Christmas campaigns etc.)
  • Analyse sales and performance (sell-in, sell-out, ROIs etc.)
  • Maintain relevant competition monitoring and report to WW HQ
  • Assist Country Manager in several administrative tasks
Ideal profile
  • Very good presentation and a strong affinity with the luxury fragrances industry
  • Sound understanding of distribution: retail, wholesale, ecommerce and what these fields require and how they interact
  • Business-driven mindset, focusing on excellence and growth
  • Business degree and a previous experience in a luxury brand will be greatly appreciated
