You’ll be the warm welcome and the savvy guide in our beautifully curated shops—sharing tastings, telling product stories, and keeping service swift and seamless. From artful displays to spot-on stock rotation, you’ll make every guest visit memorable while helping our retail spaces look (and sell) their very best.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, knowledgeable customer service, including tastings and tailored recommendations.
- Operate tills accurately and efficiently, keeping queues moving with a smile.
- Replenish and rotate stock to First-In-First-Out standards; minimise wastage and complete paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, safe, impeccably presented shop at all times.
- Create and maintain eye-catching, commercially effective merchandise displays.

House & Garden Shop – Celebrating Somerset living with scents, tableware, and crafted home goods. The Creamery at Castle Cary Station – Our newest location bringing The Newt to guests on the move.
