Overview
Shift Leader Irvine – £13.73 p/hr inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 car allowance per month

Location: Irvine
Responsibilities
- Take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters and delivering end-to-end stock taking services on client sites.
- Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed and deliver exceptional customer service on all sites.
- Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame; monitor and improve team productivity where possible.
- Travel to different client sites; may be required to stay away from home on occasion.
- Hours: Evening/Night shifts; Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in 7 shift pattern).

Person Specification / Qualifications
- A Full Driving License
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to remain focused under pressure
- Time management and the ability to work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
Please note: all work requires prolonged standing and may involve the use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may access high or ground level stock.
This role will involve working unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts. We are unable to hire anyone under 18 years old.
