Overview
Retail Team Leader – Brighton – £30,700* P.A
Salary: Up to £30,700 (plus £290 per month car allowance). Location: Brighton.
Role: Retail Shift Leader responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on client sites. Flexible availability is required as shift lengths may vary and travel to different client sites is expected. Occasional overnight stay may be required.
Responsibilities
- Manage teams of stock counters and deliver end-to-end stock taking services on client sites.
- Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites.
- Ensure stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame.
- Monitor and seek to improve team productivity where possible.
Working pattern
Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern). Hours: Evening/Night shifts. Travel to different client sites; may require staying away from home.
