Retail & Asset Solutions are currently looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. You must hold a full Driving License.

The Role

• Carry out the merchandising role and oversee the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.
• Typical week consists of 4–5 shifts (Sunday to Thursday) with shift lengths of generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominantly nights).
• Access available assignments via the Field Power platform and accept shifts on your smartphone.
• Clock in and out using your smartphone via the RAS Dashboard.
• Work at different retail customer sites / stores with travel varying by shift.
• Escalate any vehicle‑related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
• Responsibilities include:

• Removing and replacing stock using client plans and systems.
• Adjusting shelf heights.
• Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
• Stock replenishment.

Key Skills / Experience Required

• Unable to hire anyone under the age of 21 years due to unsociable hours including night shifts.
• Full Driving License.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work long shifts where required.
• Previous experience in retail desirable; training will be provided.
