Retail Shift Leader- Falkirk -£13.73 p/hr*+£290 car allowance

Overview Retail Shift Leader role based in Falkirk. You will manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking on client sites. Flexible availability is required as shift lengths may vary and you will travel to different client sites; some overnight stays may be necessary. Responsibilities Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed Deliver exceptional customer service on all sites Complete stock counts accurately and within the time frame Monitor and improve team productivity where possible Requirements / Qualifications Full Driving License Outstanding customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel Basic IT skills Ability to stay focused under pressure Time management skills and ability to work without immediate supervision Willingness and ability to travel Hours
