Join Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd as a Warehouse Team Leader in Southampton. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our distribution centre.
Job Details
- Salary: £25,701 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, 8-hour shifts between 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
- Environment: Chilled
- Own transport required
Responsibilities
- Manage stock accuracy and ensure correct loading of trailers against paperwork
- Perform weekly supervision and provide performance feedback
- Monitor KPI\’s and audit data for team performance
- Ensure team meets delivery accuracy and quality standards
Requirements
- Ability to add and subtract confidently
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be aged 18 or over
