Position: Tactical Retail Merchandiser – Part Time / Temporary
Pay: £13.68 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.21 per hour + £1.47)
Duration: 8 weeks starting September, with potential for additional work in November & December
Location: SANDHURST GU47 0FD
Role Overview
Are you looking for a part-time retail job during daytime hours? RAS Store Support has merchandising opportunities supporting a major UK client in footwear and accessories within the clothing department. As a Tactical Retail Merchandiser, you\’ll ensure the departments are visually attractive and easy to shop by customers.
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable individuals with an interest and eye for detail in retail
- Excellent time management skills to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Hardworking, energetic, capable of manual handling and lifting
Key Responsibilities
- Unpack, sort, and tag stock from deliveries and warehouse backup
- Prepare stock for merchandising
- Maintain merchandising standards and keep fixtures and areas clean
- Update stock database and carry out price changes
- Collaborate with clothing department colleagues to complete tasks for trading
- Submit completion reports with before and after visuals
- Interact with customers and provide service as needed
- Follow health and safety procedures
Candidate Essentials
- Complete e-learning induction before first shift
- Have access to a mobile device with camera, enable location services for reporting and attendance
- Commit to the schedule duration
Benefits
- £12.21/hour plus holiday accrual + £1.47 = £13.68/hour
- Up to 6 shifts per week, Monday to Saturday (store dependent)
