Overview
Tactical Retail Merchandiser – Part Time / Temporary
Location: Poole, BH12 4NX
8 weeks starting September, with opportunity for additional work in November & December.
Salary: £13.68 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.21 per hour + £1.47 holiday pay).
What You\’ll Do
- Unpack, sort and tag stock from inbound deliveries and warehouse back-up.
- Prepare the stock for merchandising.
- Maintain excellent merchandising standards and ensure fixtures and working areas are clean and tidy.
- Ensure stock database accuracy and carry out price changes.
- Work with the clothing department colleagues to complete tasks ready for trading.
- Submit a completion report for each visit showing before and after visuals of completed areas.
- Interact with customers and provide service when required.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

Successful Candidate Essentials
- Complete the e-learning induction prior to attending the first shift.
- Access to a mobile device with a camera and ability to enable location services for reporting, time and attendance tracking.
- Ability to commit to the duration of the schedule.
- Visual Merchandising experience is highly desirable.
What You\’ll Get In Return
- £12.21 per hour plus holiday accrual + £1.47 = £13.68 p/h
- Day shifts
- Up to 6 shifts per week between Monday and Saturday (store dependent)
- 2 to 3 hour day shifts, depending on store
- Access to earnings in advance of payday via Wagestream
