Salary and Location
- Salary: £13.78 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 base + £1.48 holiday pay)
- Location: Portsmouth
- Car allowance: + £290 per month
Shifts and travel
Days: Monday – Sunday (up to 5 days in a 7-day pattern; there is the possibility flexibility in the working days per week if required)
Hours: Evening/Night shifts
Travel: You will travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be required to stay away from home.
Role description
As a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on client sites. Shifts lengths vary, and flexible availability is required; you may be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Responsibilities
- Correct procedures and processes are followed
- Exceptional customer service standards are delivered on all sites
- Stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame
- Team productivity is monitored and improved where possible

Notes
Please note all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock.
This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, therefore applicants must be 18 years or older.
Full training in our systems and client procedures will be provided.
