Overview

Retail Stocktaking Team Leader – Glasgow. Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 per month car allowance. Location: Glasgow. Access to wages from 3–7 days after shift completion. Immediate start available. Travel to client sites and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters and deliver end-to-end stock taking services on client sites.
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed and deliver exceptional customer service on all sites.
  • Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame; monitor and improve team productivity where possible.

Hours, Availability and Travel

Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in 7 shift pattern). Hours: Evening/Night shifts. Shifts may vary and you will travel to different client sites each day. Some sites may require staying away from home. Prolonged standing and use of step stools or ladders may be required in warehouses or large retail premises.
