Retail Minibus Team Driver *Company Minibus Provided*

Salary: £13.78 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + Enhancements

Location: Luton

(8-10 hour stock count shifts + your driving time paid + bonus)

Role Details

• Oversee transportation of a small team of stock counters within your region
• Work at various Retail customer sites/stores with travel varying per shift
• Follow proper processes for notifying your team of pick-up points and timings
• Escalate vehicle issues promptly
• Complete attendance sheets detailing team members and shift times
• Ensure quick and accurate stock counting using handheld scanners
• Stand for prolonged periods; use equipment to reach high stock when necessary

Key Skills & Experience

• Must be 21 or older due to unsociable hours and shift timings
• Full Driving License required
• Positive attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts
• Quick learner due to technological updates
• Stock handling experience is advantageous but not essential
