Job Details

• Position: Retail Stock Counter Assistant
• Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)
• Location: Pontypridd
• Working hours: Typical week of 3-4 shifts, 8-12 hours each

The Role

• Work on various retail customer sites and stores, with travel provided on a minibus
• Count stock quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner
• Stand for prolonged periods; use equipment to reach high stock when necessary
• Work shifts that may include early mornings, nights, and long hours

Key Skills and Requirements

• Must be 18 or over; able to work unsociable hours
• Positive attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts
• Quick learner to adapt to technology changes
• Experience with stock handling is advantageous but not essential
