Retail Asset Solutions is looking to hire Retail Stock Count Assistants to join our existing minibus teams.
The Company: We are a leading provider of retail stocktaking, merchandising, and supply chain management services. With over 3,500 employees across the UK, we offer a hardworking and rewarding workplace with many opportunities for progression.
The Role: We are seeking retail stock counters to join our successful team. Work will be conducted at various retail customer sites and stores, with travel varying by shift. All travel is provided via minibus. You will be responsible for counting stock accurately and efficiently using a handheld scanner. Prolonged standing is required, and access equipment may be used to reach high stock. The typical workweek consists of 3-4 shifts of 8-12 hours each.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, is required.
- Applicants must be 18 or older.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work long shifts on large counts are essential.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology is important due to frequent updates.
- Experience handling stock is advantageous but not necessary.
