Location: Bristol
Salary: £13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) plus a £290 per month car allowance
Responsibilities
- As a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client’s sites.
- Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed and that stock counts are completed accurately within the given time frame.
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites and monitor/improve team productivity where possible.
- Travel to different client sites as required and may occasionally be asked to stay away from home.
Hours and Schedule
- Days: Monday – Sunday (up to 5 days in a 7-day pattern; some flexibility in working days may be required)
- Hours: Evening/Night shifts; shifts vary in length

Working Environment and Requirements
- Role requires prolonged standing; use of step stools and ladders; some sites are warehouses or large retail premises with stock at ground and high levels
- Role involves unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts; applicants must be 18 or older
- Full training in our systems and client procedures will be provided
