Retail Minibus Driver – Swansea – £13.73p/h
Location: Swansea
Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)

The Role
- We are looking for Retail Team Driver to add to our already successful team.
- This role will require you to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
- Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores; travel will vary by shift. Certain locations may have minibus transport provided free of charge.
- You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shift.
- Escalate any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete a team attendance sheet detailing who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
- On site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods; access equipment may be used to reach high stock.
Key Skills / Experience
- Role involves unsociable hours; early mornings or night shifts. Applicants must be 21 or older.
- Full Driving Licence required.
- Can-do attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing technology.
- Stock handling experience is an advantage but not essential.
