Retail Minibus Driver – Bradford
Salary: £13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay ( £12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)* + Enhancements
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom
About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Team Driver to join our successful team. This role will involve overseeing the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region. You will travel to different retail customer sites and stores, with some locations providing free minibus transport.
Responsibilities
- Drive stock counters to and from retail sites in a timely and safe manner.
- Follow correct procedures for notifying the count team of pick-up points and timings for each shift.
- Escalate any vehicle issues to the appropriate team in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete a team attendance sheet detailing the expected bus passengers, those who attended, and the arrival time of the bus on site.
- Stand for prolonged periods of time during the shift.
- Use handheld scanning equipment to ensure stock counts are quick and accurate while on site.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work long shifts during early mornings, night shifts, or unsociable hours.
- Can‑do attitude and willingness to work large counts.
- Quick learner to adapt to changing technology.
- Any experience of handling stock counts is an advantage.
