Retail Driver – Hartlepool
Location: Hartlepool
Salary: £13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay ( £12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + Enhancements

Responsibilities
- Oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
- Work at different retail customer sites and stores with travel varying by shift. Certain locations may provide minibus transport.
- Follow correct processes when notifying the count team of pick-up points and timings for each shift.
- Escalate any vehicle issues promptly and efficiently.
- Complete a team attendance sheet detailing expected attendees and bus arrival times on site.
- Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately on site using a handheld scanner.
- Stand for prolonged periods and use equipment as needed to reach high stock.
Requirements
- Willing to work unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts; minimum age requirement is 21.
- Full Driving Licence required.
- Ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude and endure long shifts on large counts.
- Quick learner with an aptitude for adapting to changing technology.
- Stock handling experience is advantageous but not required.
