We are looking for a self-motivated, incredibly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team here at Retail Active. You will be an Operations Administrator dedicated to our customers’ multi-market perfect store auditing programme who will be responsible for the operational administrative support to our global team. The person we’re looking for has previous administrative experience and thrives on coordinating and managing multiple tasks to deliver key outputs based on project milestones.
Responsibilities
- Monitor our auditors e-learning competition status and scheduling them to stores to begin auditing in our data capturing tool
- Ensure all markets auditing questionnaires are quality checked, tested and approved in our data capturing tool prior to auditing launch period
- Brief, liaise and collate all translations across markets
