Salary: £14,050 per annum (Full‑time equivalent £27,300) + company bonus scheme.
Hours: 18 hours per week across 3 days (ideally Tuesday–Thursday).
Location: Head Office – Winnersh Triangle, RG41 5TP.
This role provides essential operational and administrative support to our global multi‑market perfect store auditing programme. You’ll work closely with internal teams and international agencies, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Monitor auditor e‑learning completion and schedule auditors into stores using our data capture tools.
- Quality check, test and approve market auditing questionnaires before launch.
- Coordinate translations across multiple markets and agencies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide administrative support on special projects alongside the Global Programme Manager.
- Maintain the global FactBook and database using Monday.com, acting as the internal platform champion.
- Create and deliver operational and data quality reports from dashboards to support market agencies.
