We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Red Bull team at Retail Active. Operating at the center of a global footprint spanning 80 countries, you will be the main point of contact for both the client and our worldwide agencies.
Your Mission: Ensure the smooth delivery of our perfect store audit programme. This means driving high data accuracy, presenting insights to the client, sharing best practices through collaborative training, and managing operational pricing. What You'll Be Doing:
- Client & Agency Management: Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for the client and global agencies; prepare materials for and lead weekly status meetings.
- Financial Oversight: Manage POs, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting (including FX tracking); support annual agency budget negotiations and pricing processes.
- Network & Performance Optimisation: Establish an agency rating matrix to ensure top‑tier global partners; manage the 'Hypercare' process for low‑performing markets, focusing heavily on Top 25 regions.
- Data & Quality Assurance: Spot‑check market data, analyse Power BI reports to flag trends/anomalies, and build targeted action plans to improve global data accuracy.
- Training & Onboarding: Identify regional training needs, build collaborative training hubs to share best practices, and manage the documentation timeline for new market launches.
What You’ll Bring:
- Client-Facing Excellence: Proven experience managing clients, delivering sharp presentations, and confidently negotiating with stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to dig into data, identify anomalies, and proactively solve complex problems.
- Relationship & Team Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a collaborative, can‑do attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) or Google (Sheets/Slides) and familiarity with data tools (Power BI preferred).
