Working: Monday to Friday, 25-30 hours per week
Location: Hybrid working with 3 days per week in Head Office - Winnersh RG41 5TP
The purpose of this role is to own, manage & evolve all operational processes within the Operations Team supporting delivery of our brand standards and customer experience audits. The Operations Executive is responsible for maintaining and delivering as well as evolving all existing internal and client processes to ensure best in class delivery.
You will be responsible for:
- Effectively manage workload, working towards clear goals & targets
- Forward plan for clients and exchange relevant communication with colleagues and clients to ensure requests are delivered and targets met
- Shopper Sign up and communications as required
- Client reporting portal knowledge and ability to lead demos as required
- Supporting and owning relevant client requests and actions
- Setting up a new client program in line with account management brief and internal processes
- Manage relevant finance processes from invoicing, job sheets, job number allocation & debtors
- Deliver solutions to improve ways of working and processes (internally & client focused)
- Building the relationship between the Shopper Recruitment team and the QA team to improve the quality of work delivered by our Auditors for our clients
- Build relationships with the Data & Systems team to ensure department compliance to processes and proactively propose new solutions and ways of working to constantly drive for excellence in delivery
- Producing monthly/ad hoc reports of client for account managers, shopper team & D&S team
What we are looking for:
- A strong and confident communicator
- Experience ideally in managing data and manipulating to deliver required reporting analysis
- Experience of Excel or Google Sheets - ideally with an emphasis on manipulating formula
- Strong logical and numerical skills
- Good “can do” attitude, prepared to go the extra mile
- Willing and active team player
- A fast learner prepared to bring their own thoughts to the process
