Mission
Support the operational execution of Product Detail Page (PDP) content activation across Amazon and Online Retailer. The Strategic Content Project Manager ensures that product experiences are updated accurately, follow brand guidelines, and are published on time. Acting as a central project follower between local brand teams, production agencies and retail partners, this role focuses on the seamless flow of assets from brief to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Coordination & Tracking
- Support the end-to-end PDP activation process by tracking the status of briefs from intake to final publication.
- Assist in organizing brand priorities into clear schedules for content production.
- Liaise with Sketch Pro teams to monitor the delivery of copy and visual assets, ensuring they meet deadlines.
- Verify that all uploaded content aligns with specific retailer schemas and product attribute requirements.
- PDP Execution & Maintenance
- Review PDP copy for basic keyword integration and ensure all product features are accurately described.
- Coordinate with SEO teams to implement provided keywords into the correct fields within retail platforms.
- Assist in the manual upload or syndication of content, ensuring no errors occur during the transition to the retailer site.
- Ratings & Reviews Monitoring
- Monitor Ratings & Reviews programs, ensuring that new products receive initial coverage.
- Flag negative reviews or recurring consumer feedback to the relevant brand teams for follow-up.
- Ensure responses to consumer questions are posted in a timely manner according to brand guidelines.
- Reporting & Administrative Support
- Maintain monthly trackers and dashboards to report on the status of content go-lives and basic performance KPIs.
- Help document internal processes and keep "best practice" folders updated for the team.
- Perform regular "site health" checks to ensure live content remains correct and links are functional.
Profile & Skills
- Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce operations, or project coordination (internships included).
- Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Initial exposure to or a strong interest in how Amazon and other retailers display product information.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce environments and how online shopping works.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking projects and organizing data.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) or digital file organization is a plus.
