About the Role
Retail 4 Brands is hiring an eCommerce Senior Consultant to help global FMCG brands accelerate their digital performance across Amazon and major eGrocery retailers.
You’ll play a central role in coordinating and optimizing Product Detail Page (PDP) content — ensuring visibility, consistency, and conversion impact across retailers.
The role combines digital project management, content optimization, and eCommerce execution. You’ll act as a bridge between brand teams, creative partners, and retail platforms, delivering high-quality, data-driven results at speed and scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Coordination & Delivery
- Oversee the full PDP activation process, from brief to go-live.
- Translate brand and campaign priorities into actionable digital content briefs.
- Coordinate creative production teams for copy, visuals, and content validation.
- Ensure all content complies with retailer schemas, SEO best practices, and brand guidelines.
2. Search & PDP Optimization
- Optimize content for discoverability, traffic, and conversion.
- Partner with analytics and retail media teams to drive measurable performance.
- Lead A/B testing for copy and visuals, document results, and scale learnings.
3. Ratings & Reviews Management
- Manage Ratings & Reviews programmes to maintain engagement and brand tone consistency.
- Extract consumer insights and share them with brand and category stakeholders.
4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Produce regular dashboards and insights on performance and recommendations.
- Contribute to global best practices and process improvements across markets.
Profile & Skills
Experience
- 3–5 years in eCommerce operations, digital content management, or project management, ideally within FMCG or retail.
- Proven experience managing PDP content for Amazon or key retail partners.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO for retail and content syndication tools (e.g. Salsify, Syndigo, Loadbee).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to link KPIs to actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital asset workflows and product data models.
Soft Skills
- Highly organised, methodical, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Fluent in English.
