Einsatzort: Raum Münsterland / Ostwestfalen-Lippe / Südl. Niedersachsen (Hybrid-Work-Modell)
Aufgaben:
- Oberbauleitung und Führung der unterstellten Bauleitern und Projektabwicklungen
- Analyse und Bewertung von Bodengutachten, Leistungsverzeichnissen sowie Ausführungsunterlagen als Grundlage einer wirtschaftlichen Projektstrategie
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von Bauabläufen, Massenlogistik und Projektstrategien für anspruchsvolle Erdbauprojekte im primären Bereich von Windenergieanlagen
- Steuerung der Arbeitsvorbereitung durch Vorgabe projektspezifischer Planungsstrategien sowie Prüfung und Freigabe der Ausführungsplanung
- Führung und Entwicklung und Unterstützung der Bauleiter nach dem Last-Planner-Prinzip LPS sowie Förderung einer eigenverantwortlichen Projektabwicklung
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber Auftraggebern sowie Führung von Baubesprechungen, Abnahmen und projektbezogener Kommunikation
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Projektabläufen mit dem Ziel einer wirtschaftlichen Projektausführung und langfristigen Kundenbindung in der gesamten Projektleitung
Qualifikation:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Tief- oder Erdbau
- Führungserfahrung, mehrjährige Expertise in der Bauleitung anspruchsvoller Erdbauprojekte, idealerweise im Bereich Windenergie / Fundamenterdbau
- Kostenbewusstes Denken und unternehmerisches Handeln, Selbstständigkeit
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge in strategische und digitale Konzepte technisch und methodisch weiterzuentwickeln und umzusetzen
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, Bodengutachten, LVs, Ausführungsplänen sowie Kenntnisse der VOB
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
