Spear Bethnal Green, operating in partnership with St Peter’s Bethnal Green, delivers the Spear Programme to support young people into work or education. The role requires a committed Christian leader, strong communication and coaching aptitude, and a passion for social justice.
It is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Vitality Health Insurance. A DBS check may be requested after offer of employment.
