Spear Bethnal Green is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a small team and drive the Spear Programme in partnership with St Peter’s Bethnal Green. You’ll build relationships with referrers, local businesses, donors and the church to extend the centre’s reach and impact in the community.
You’ll have real ownership of the vision, the team, and how services are delivered, with a hands-on, varied role focused on empowering young people to overcome barriers and thrive in work and life.
