Our client is a UK-based digital platform and services organisation that builds and supports customer-facing products used by a large and growing user base. As part of continued investment in analytics, they are looking for a Product Analyst to help teams better understand user behaviour and product performance.
The Role
Working closely with product, technology and commercial teams, you’ll use data to support product decisions, improve customer experience and drive continuous improvement across digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse product and user data to identify trends and insights
- Build dashboards and reports to track product performance
- Support experimentation, testing and optimisation initiatives
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an analyst, data or reporting role
